What are your professional aspirations?
After I receive my degree from UCLA, I would love to begin a professional career in the WNBA and overseas. I also dream of continuing my modeling career.
Outside of class and basketball, what interesting activities do you do?
I'm interested in modeling and anything related to fashion, trying new food spots, and going to the beach.
Do you have any fun or unusual hobbies or collections of anything?
Collection candles and polaroid photos.
What makes you love UCLA Women’s Basketball?
The diversity that each of us brings talent wise and personality wise.
If you had to pitch one story about yourself to a newspaper that doesn’t involve basketball, what would the topic be about?
The name of the story would be "The Girl Who Does It All", and it would talk about my diverse interest and passions.
Are you obsessed with anything?
You could probably say I’m obsessed with Roscoe’s chicken and waffles. I once went 4 times in one day. I once went 4times in one week and twice in one day.
What is your nickname? How did you get it and who gave it to you?
Mo is my nickname. It was given to me by my first basketball team in 3rd grade.
What is a pre-game superstition you have?
I have to talk to my dad before I play. He calms my nerves and is essential.
Who are the role models in your life and why?
My mom and dad are my role models because they've provided my sister and me with all we've ever needed, always love and supported our dreams, and have exemplified a healthy Christian marriage and lifestyle.
Who or what inspired you to play basketball and why?
My dad. I saw him play when I was younger and inspired me to follow in his footsteps.
When not on the court, where would we find you on campus?
Either relaxing in my room or at a dining hall.
What is your favorite type of food?
I LOVE ALL FOOD SO MUCH.
Do you have a favorite or inspiring quote you like/use for your personal motto?
"Better than yesterday, not as good as tomorrow."
